What Is Data Analytical Services?

Data Analytical Services (DAS) provides high-quality, web-based data services. Services include file formatting, data editing, file merger, and data analysis services.

Why Data Analytical Services?

DAS’ web-based service model offers a number of cost & time advantages:

• DAS reduces costs by eliminating:
• The need for expensive in-house software
• The need for employee training
• The need for expensive consultants with their hourly rates & travel costs
• The risk that employees with specialized training will leave the company

• DAS improves service timeliness by eliminating:
• The wait for IT specialists to become available
• The wait for external consultants to become available & arrive on-site

How Does The DAS Process Work?

• Customers submit orders to the DAS by:  
• Creating a cost-free Share File account with DAS,
• Submitting an on-line order form that defines the work to be done, and
• Uploading the files to be worked on via DAS’ secure sockets layer (SSL) encrypted data tunnel

• DAS performs the requested services by:  
• Downloading the customer files via SSL,
• Performing the requested file formatting, data editing, data merging, data mining, and custom reporting services
• Uploading the completed files to the customer’s Share File account  

How Quickly Does DAS Complete Requested Data Services?

• Typically, DAS Completes The Requested Data Services Within 3 Business Days Of The Initial Customer Data File Upload  
• Turnaround time is dependent upon the volume/complexity of the services being requested
• Turnaround time is also dependent upon the clarity of the business requirements submitted by the customer (i.e. unclear requirements slow turnaround time)
• New customers must add one business day for the creation of a DAS Share File Account

Is Sensitive Data Secure With DAS?

• DAS takes customer data security very seriously by:   
• Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted data tunnels for all web-based data transfers
• Refusing to disclose customer data files to 3rd parties unless specifically instructed by the customer (or ordered by a court with relevant jurisdiction)
• Removing all customer data files from the DAS Share File service after 30 days (to reduce the likelihood of data disclosure through computer hacking)

Does DAS Process Special Requests?

• DAS may be able to process special data services requests not mentioned on DAS service list
• For special requests, please submit all relevant details to DAS via the Questions/Inquiries form. DAS will assess the request and:
• Determine whether the request is technically feasible
• Estimate the approximate processing time, and
• Determine a specific price
